This blend is at treatment strength so you can also use it in the bath water OR as a pre-shower or bath oil. Simply massage a teaspoonful of the blend onto the torso and then step into the shower or bath for best effect. Or simply pour 1 teaspoonful onto your bath water and enjoy the exotic fragrance whilst the warming essential oils get to work for you.
NB: We do recommend a patch test before use if you have very sensitive skin.
